Book 33, Question 25
Do all mammals have tails?
Most mammals have tails.
Cats use their tails for balance, and horses use theirs to swat flies. A beaver’s tail is flat like a paddle. But apes, including humans, have no outside tail. We have a tiny set of bones at the bottom of our spine called the tailbone. Koalas have only a tiny stub. Tails come in all shapes.
