What is a life list?
A life list is a personal list of all the kinds of birds you have ever seen or heard.
You add a new bird each time you identify one for the first time. Many birdwatchers keep a life list in a notebook or on an app. It can include the date, place, and a note about what the bird was doing. It’s a record of your adventures.
