Book 26, Question 113
Why do inventors ask other people to try their inventions?
Inventors know their own creations too well.
A friend might hold the product the wrong way, press the wrong button, or tell you it's too heavy. These clues show where a design is confusing. This is called user testing. Watching quietly, without helping, is often the best way to learn. Then the inventor fixes problems and tests again.
