Book 25, Question 14
What makes a skyscraper green?
A green skyscraper is designed to use less energy and water.
It might have special windows that block heat, sensors that turn off lights when no one is in a room, and sunshades. Some collect rainwater to flush toilets and water plants. Rooftop solar panels and gardens help, too. These ideas save money and are kinder to the environment.
