Book 32, Question 36
How often do reptiles need to eat?
It depends on the animal.
A small lizard might snack every day or two, while a large snake might go weeks or even months between meals. Turtles that eat plants nibble often, and a crocodile can fast for a long time. The bigger the meal and the cooler the weather, the longer a reptile can wait before it eats again. Each has its own schedule.
