Book 28, Question 119
How does slow motion help athletes improve?
A high-speed camera records many more frames per second than normal video.
When played back slowly, it shows details the eye cannot see, such as how a pitcher's wrist turns or how a diver's body shapes during a flip. Coaches draw lines on the video to measure angles. Athletes can compare their motion with an expert and fix small mistakes.
