Book 28, Question 99
How does practice change your brain?
When you learn a new skill, your brain builds new connections between its cells.
The more you practice, the stronger these paths become. In one study, people who learned juggling for a few weeks had changes in parts of the brain that handle movement and vision. The brain stays flexible throughout life, so you can always get better with practice.
