Book 26, Question 139
How do you design a toy for a younger sibling?
Toys for little kids must be safe.
Avoid small parts that can be swallowed, sharp edges, and anything that can pinch. Use soft or smooth materials, bright colors, and sizes bigger than a fist. Try it with the younger child while a grown-up watches. Notice what they do with it, since little kids often use toys in surprising ways. That is the best user test.
