What happens at a Maker Faire?
A Maker Faire is a fair where makers show projects they've built, such as robots, art, electronics, costumes, and woodwork.
Visitors can try activities, talk with the makers, and learn new skills. The first one was held in California in 2006. Now there are events around the world. Makers love to explain how they built their projects and inspire others to try.
