Book 25, Question 130
What do city planners do?
City planners think about how a city can grow in a healthy way.
They study maps, population numbers, traffic, parks, and land. They help decide where homes, shops, schools, and roads should go, and plan for the next 20 or 30 years. Planners also listen to what many different neighbors need. It is like putting together a giant puzzle.
