Book 25, Question 77
Why do coyotes live in some cities?
Coyotes are adaptable animals that eat mice, rabbits, fruit, and sometimes leftovers.
City parks, ravines, and golf courses give them places to hide, and there are few big predators to worry them. Most coyotes are shy and stay away from people. If you see one, give it plenty of space, do not feed it, and tell a grown-up.
