Why Hydrate When You Have Diarrhea or Fever?
We drink extra fluids when we have diarrhea or a fever because the body loses extra water and salts! Replacing those fluids helps prevent dehydration, which is when your body gets too dry. If you feel sick, tell a grown-up and let a doctor decide what is best.
