Why Do Different Cultures See Different Pictures in the Same Stars?
Different cultures see different pictures because stars are just dots, and imagination connects them! People everywhere noticed the same bright patterns and made up stories to remember them. The Big Dipper is a bear to the Mi'kmaq, a plow to some farmers, and a wagon in old European tales.
