Why Unplug Gadgets Before Lightning Arrives?
Lightning is incredibly powerful, and it can zap electronics even if it does not hit your house directly. A lightning surge can race through wires and fry gadgets. Before a storm, a grown-up can unplug devices or use a surge protector, and that is why we unplug gadgets!
