Book 30, Question 140
Why should you always swim with a buddy near a lifeguard?
Even strong swimmers can get tired, cramp up, or get caught in a current.
A buddy can notice a problem right away and get help, and a lifeguard is trained to rescue people quickly. Swim only in marked areas, keep your buddy within arm's reach, and check in often. The buddy rule works for all kinds of water, from pools to lakes.
