How can you make rock candy?
Rock candy is sugar crystals grown on a string or stick.
A grown-up boils about three parts sugar to one part water until it clears, then lets it cool a little and pours it into a tall jar. A skewer rolled in sugar for seed crystals hangs in the middle. Over about a week, crystals gather on it. Keep the jar still and covered with a paper towel.
