Which gadget at home could not exist without crystals?
Many can't.
Your phone has silicon chips, a crystal-controlled clock, a liquid-crystal or LED screen, and maybe a sapphire camera cover. A watch ticks on quartz. A microwave beeps with a piezo disc. Solar panels, LED bulbs, and computers all depend on crystals. Take a look at the things around you: crystals are working behind the scenes everywhere.
