How Does a Robot’s Ultrasonic Sensor Find How Far Away a Wall Is?
An ultrasonic sensor finds how far away a wall is by sending out sound and listening for the echo! The sound is too high-pitched for us to hear. The longer the echo takes, the farther away the wall is.
